Development Project Administrator
Chasity keeps everything land development and preconstruction together on task and on target. As Development Project Administrator, she assists on new development assignments from due diligence, entitlements, utilities, permitting, and everything in between.
She has over 18 years of purchasing and field experience in the construction industry and handles purchase order processing as well as setting up jobs for the firm’s various construction projects. She works to ensure that vendors and subcontractors meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services on time.
Prior to joining River Rock, Chasity was a Purchasing Manager for one of the area’s largest HVAC companies, spending nine years overseeing inventory purchasing, job cost analysis, bid negotiation as well as vendor acquisitions and management for the Charlotte and Raleigh markets.
She started in the construction industry handling bid negotiations as well as purchasing and cost analysis for CRS Building Automations, a specialist in building automation services, CCTV, fire, and security.
