Brad’s primary role at River Rock is to work with the development director in all phases of the firm’s real estate projects .With extensive in the field knowledge of construction and development he works seamlessly in coordination with the design and construction teams to help facilitate every project towards successful completion, on-time and within budget.

Brad’s career spans over 30 years as a field representative where he was directly responsibile for the completion of over 3,000,000 square feet of space and its associated site developments. These diverse projects included office & industrial buildings, medical & hospitality facilities, retail power centers, lifestyle centers and multi-family housing. From coast to coast in multiple states, each municipality posed its own unique challenges. Brad worked collaboratively with City, County & State officials to deliver a completed project.

Brad completed his Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University in 1992 where he studied Architectural Design/Economic Land Planning and Development.
