Doug joined River Rock in 2024 as a Senior Construction Manager. He is responsible for helping lead the construction team, providing oversight of all construction business planning, performance and quality while ensuring that goals are met and delivered on time and on budget. He supports the asset management team in developing conceptual budgeting schedules and logistical plans as well as giving input on design and constructability.

He has over 25 years of residential, commercial, and multifamily construction experience with 10 years in leadership and executive roles. He has a vast knowledge of building techniques and industry materials. He partnered in two successful start-up companies. He assisted in the growth of an Inc. 5000 nationally recognized Multifamily construction management company. Working with investment groups and property management companies for over a decade as well as his years as a general contractor help to shape his unique perspective and approach to providing valued added construction with ROI being top of mind for the ownership. He believes that people and relationships make the difference in how a company performs.
