River Rock Development is our national real estate development company. We manage the complete investment & rental real estate lifecycle from site selection and acquisitions, to design and entitlement, through the horizontal and vertical development phases delivering finished residential rental NOI.

River Rock Capital is an alternative asset management firm partnered with institutional investors, private equity firms, and family offices in the pursuit of specific investment strategies. Formed in 2010, we are opportunistic in our approach, leveraging our deep expertise with private equity investments along with residential and commercial real estate acquisition, development and management.

River Rock Construction has completed over 120 communities containing 13,000 homes and representing over $5.5 billion in investments. Our team has also fully renovated an additional 6,000 single family residential homes across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Maryland, Ohio and Kentucky.
We have relationships with all major SFR institutional investors, as well our own internal investment funds, to assure multiple sale/exit options for all new construction projects. These new developments and homes are “Build-to-Rent” assets for long term hold funds.

River Rock Storage is our offering of climate-controlled, self-storage facilities that are the perfect complement to our primary focus of residential rental development. Increasing urban populations means more renters who move more frequently and need a convenient and cost-effective way to store items they don’t have space for in their home.
