Our team has also fully renovated an additional 6,000 single family residential homes across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Maryland, Ohio and Kentucky.

We have relationships with all major SFR institutional investors, as well our own internal investment funds, to assure multiple sale/exit options for all new construction projects. These new developments and homes are “Build-to-Rent” assets for long term hold funds.
