Ashleigh serves as a liaison between the development and acquisitions team and our onsite operations teams. She is responsible for managing River Rock’s portfolio as it relates to overall financial growth, long term asset care, and strategic planning. She oversees the coordinated effort surrounding individualized marketing, brand management, budge decisions, and revenue enhancement opportunities.

For the past 13 years, Ashleigh has worked for HHHunt, a real estate development company specializing in apartment living, new home construction, and planned communities. She held many roles in the multifamily industry, most recently as a Regional Manager in North Carolina and Tennessee. She has led operations on acquisitions, stabilized communities, and new construction developments, She is passionate about relationship building, efficient operations, and devising innovative solutions.

Ashleigh holds a degree in Marketing from Central Michigan University.
