Professional Background:
Since joining River Rock in 2014, Clarke has managed utility processes for both existing residential and commercial properties, as well as third-party partners. As River Rock has evolved, her role has transitioned to overseeing utility coordination for new construction within the company’s 55+ communities.

What She Does at River Rock:
As Utility Coordinator, Clarke focuses on establishing services during the construction process, ensuring that each property has the necessary utilities in place throughout the project timeline. She works closely with the construction team, utility providers, and accounts payable while troubleshooting issues that arise between land development and utility providers.

What Drives Clarke:
Clarke enjoys the challenge of establishing utilities at each 55+ community from the ground up. With every utility provider and township having its own requirements and complexities, she finds excitement in navigating and resolving these unique challenges.

Beyond Work:
Outside of work, Clarke enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, exercising, and cheering on her Clemson Tigers!
