Since 2015, Frank has built a diverse accounting career spanning public accounting, tax planning, real estate development, and fund management for both Single-Family and Multi-Family Rental Funds. His financial expertise ensures the smooth and strategic management of River Rock’s projects.

What He Does at River Rock:
Frank works closely with the CFO to oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. His responsibilities include project tracking, cash management, and consolidating multiple entities for financial statement reporting. His attention to detail and financial oversight help maintain accuracy and transparency across all operations.

What Drives Frank:
Frank takes pride in seeing a project come full circle—whether it’s finalizing financial statements or watching River Rock’s Villas, Cottages, and Manors take shape. He finds fulfillment in tracking budgets and expenditures from concept to completion, knowing that his work contributes to creating beautiful homes for people to enjoy.

Beyond Work:
Outside the office, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. Most weekends, he can be found hiking with his family or on the sidelines coaching his son’s soccer team.
