Professional Background:
Since beginning his career in construction management in 2004, Jason has led multiple projects from conception to completion in major markets throughout Texas before returning to North Carolina, which he considers home. He joined River Rock in 2019 as a New Home Construction Manager and has since taken on multiple roles to expand his knowledge of the North Carolina market.

What He Does at River Rock:
As a Construction Manager, Jason oversees the performance of general contractors and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He conducts daily site checks to monitor progress, maintain budget controls, and uphold quality assurance.

What Drives Jason:
Jason takes great pride in delivering projects that are not only functional but also stylish and built to the highest standards. He is motivated by the opportunity to see a project through from start to finish, ensuring that every detail meets the expectations of both River Rock and the future residents.

Beyond Work:
An avid outdoorsman, Jason enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, and supporting waterfowl conservation efforts with his wife and children. He is actively involved with multiple conservation groups in the area and volunteers with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Outdoors division, helping organize fundraisers, camps, and conferences each year.
