

Jerry Mosley
Co-CEO
Professional Background:
Jerry co-founded River Rock Capital Partners in 2010 alongside Dan Hughes. He later joined The Blackstone Team to help launch Invitation Homes (IH), where he played a key role in acquiring, renovating, and managing over 50,000 single-family rental homes. After IH became a public company, he returned to River Rock in 2015.
With decades of real estate experience, Jerry has founded and led multiple successful ventures, including Mosley Companies, a real estate group specializing in construction, development, brokerage, and property management. He also established Mosley Building Corp., which built nearly 1,000 homes across Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. His expertise spans acquisitions, development, and investment strategy, making him a leader in the real estate industry.

As Co-CEO, Jerry provides strategic leadership, oversees investment strategies, and guides development initiatives to expand River Rock’s portfolio of thriving rental communities.

Jerry is passionate about transforming land into high-quality communities that provide long-term value for both residents and investors.
Beyond Work:
A U.S. Army veteran, Jerry earned an Army Achievement Medal for overseas service. He has also taught real estate courses at Kent State University and served in leadership roles with the Summit County Home Builders Association and the Akron Area Board of Realtors.
Outside of work, Jerry enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs. He has a deep love for the Lake Norman lifestyle, where he can often be found boating and golfing.
