Justin is responsible for managing the land development process, including the due diligence and land entitlement phases as well as design and permitting. Justin works closely with the in-house site acquisition, finance, and construction management teams to ensure successful planning and execution of development opportunities.

Justin has managed large senior housing and multi-family projects for 12 years, as well as some commercial leasing and development. His experience managing projects includes all phases of land development from site acquisition and permitting through the construction and lease up phase. Justin has successfully developed projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest regions of the country.

Justin received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Christopher Newport University and his MBA from Virginia.
