Max supports all phases of development, from initial concept and planning through construction and community establishment. He assists in evaluating the feasibility of prospective developments by performing site analyses and creating project budgets. He also works with third party engineering consultants and the construction teams to manage developments from conception to stabilization.

Max has a diverse background in various industries, starting his career with a Fortune 500 automotive manufacturer before transitioning to real estate development utilizing his project management experience. His most recent roles prior to joining the team in 2024 were as a project manager and senior project manager with a Phoenix, AZ based commercial real estate developer.

Max has a BS in Logistics Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University.
