Professional Background:
Max began his career in project management with a Fortune 500 automotive manufacturer before transitioning into real estate development, where he combines analytical problem-solving with a passion for creating impactful spaces. Before joining River Rock in 2024, he worked as a Project Manager and later a Senior Project Manager for a commercial real estate developer in Phoenix, AZ, overseeing projects from concept to completion.

What He Does at River Rock:
Max supports all phases of development, from site selection and feasibility analysis to project budgeting and construction management. He collaborates with engineering consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to guide projects from initial vision to stabilized communities.

What Drives Max:
Max enjoys seeing a project evolve from an idea into a thriving place where people live, work, and connect. The blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution keeps him engaged, and he thrives on solving complex challenges to bring developments to life.

Beyond Work:
An outdoor enthusiast, Max spends his free time hiking, paddleboarding, and capturing aerial photography with his drone. He is also a die-hard Detroit Lions and Red Wings fan—ever the optimist!
