Sean is responsible for procuring all site entitlements, performing site feasibility analyses, hiring & coordinating design development professionals & working with the general contractors to effectively schedule the sequence of construction for each development. He works with the in-house financial professionals to evaluate project proformas and with the legal team to assist in the acquisition of properties.

For the past 22 years, Sean was in an executive role overseeing real estate development projects across the U.S., successfully facilitating the execution numerous retail, multi-family, and office developments.

Sean also served as Vice President of Development for Thrive Companies developing the Jeffrey Park site, a 40-acre mixed use development. He also worked at Continental Real Estate Companies as their Vice President of Planning & Development coordinating the development of over 2 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate projects across the U.S.

Sean has a Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) from The Ohio State University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
